In accordance with the planning consent for this development, 25% of the homes are designated as Section 75 Affordable Housing, as identified on the site plan and agreed with the Local Authority.

The remaining homes are available for open market purchase. Properties may be purchased by private individuals, local authorities, housing associations, commercial landlords, or other approved purchasers, including through multi-unit transactions. As a result, the tenure mix across the development may vary over time.

Our Early Bird scheme is the perfect way to help you secure your dream home before it is officially released for sale. Available on selected plots and developments only, Early Bird gives you priority access to brand-new homes by Lar Projects Ltd.

Please note that the Early Bird scheme operates on a strictly first come, first served basis, with priority given in the order registrations are received.

A £150 Early Bird deposit is required to secure your position. Should you decide not to proceed with a formal reservation, your £150 deposit will be fully refunded.

Our Early Bird scheme allows you to register your interest in a selected plot before it becomes publicly available.

Once the plot is released for sale, a member of our sales team will contact you directly to confirm the property details, guide price, and anticipated completion date. You will then have the opportunity to proceed with a full reservation before the property is released to the wider market.

From the point of notification, you will have 48 hours to decide whether you wish to proceed with a formal reservation agreement. If you choose not to proceed, or the 48-hour period expires, the opportunity may be offered to the next eligible applicant on the Early Bird list.

Once registered and your £150 deposit has been received, you can relax knowing you’ll be among the first to hear when the property becomes available for formal reservation.

A refundable £150 deposit is required to secure an Early Bird registration. Should the applicant decide not to proceed with a formal reservation, the deposit will be returned in full.

Lar Projects Ltd reserves the right to amend, alter, withdraw, or discontinue the scheme at any time without notice.

An Early Bird registration does not constitute a formal reservation or legally binding agreement. By securing an Early Bird plot, you will have 48 hours from being notified by Lar Projects Ltd of the property’s release, guide price, and anticipated completion date to proceed with a full and formal reservation.

This scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other Lar Projects Ltd offer or incentive unless specifically authorised by Lar Projects Ltd and subject to lender approval where applicable.
